Founding Member Window
We are currently in our Founding Member window through September 30. Standard shipping timelines below apply once your order enters fulfillment. Orders are shipped in the order they are placed once stock arrives.
Standard Shipping
Once your order enters fulfillment, total time from order processing to delivery is up to 10–14 business days — this window covers our processing time plus carrier transit. Timing can vary based on carrier volume and your location.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it from our door to yours.
Processing Time
After you submit payment, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your processing email. Note that the processing email is only sent after we confirm payment on your chosen platform — see our ordering page for the full payment flow.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email prettypepco@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number.
