Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@prettypeptides.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll work with you on a replacement.
Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue violates this policy and may result in restriction of future purchases.
